Location: This home is located on a quiet residential street in the Lower Chelsea neighborhood of Atlantic City. It is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City's exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping & transportation. The community contains many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops, some of which are within walking distance. We are 1.5 blocks to the beach, and .5 blocks to the vibrant Ventnor Ave.

This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. Like many of the properties in this part of Atlantic City, this home is considered a "duplex". There is a ground level garden style apartment below the home. It is occupied by a husband and wife who are year round residents (and very nice people). The entrance to their apartment is in a completely separate area to the main house and none of the homes entrances, amenities, or outdoor space are shared.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
