I never complain people ahead of us waited half an hour for an elevator from 18th floor then we waited another half an hour with them. I understand a few were broken. We notified a manager on floor. I ca not believe no one addressed this on every floor. We were told to take the steps. My husband is a retired cop and amputee I know he can do four flights but not 18! First time ever I was disappointed at any hard rock ever. Have always loved your properties n restaurants. What if there was an emergency? No service elevators??

Our stay at Hard Rock was wonderful!! Staff was amazing -- courteous, professional and so helpful. Room was immaculate and beautiful. Earth, Wind and Fire concert at Etess Arena was so much fun -- great venue!! ONLY negative was the smell of smoke from the casino floor in certain areas of the ground floor.

I typically stay in the north tower but since it was unavailable this time we decided to stay in the south tower. Two completely different experiences. Our room was dirty. I found loose pills from the previous guest around the room along with a huge blood stain on the toilet and multiple blood stains on the bedding. The south tower doesn't seem to be well kept or cleaned. I stayed in room 2212.

We did like the security of the property and casino area. We did not like certain aspects of the room, including the doorway to bathroom did not lock or open easily. Also, rooms are getting a little shabby and need new carpeting at least.
