Upon arrival at Nobu at Caesar, on 10/2 we had reservations & I want to say, it was in the 9 o’clock PM hr. as we arrived to hotel lobby desk for check-in & there was couple of other guests /parties whom had showed up at same time & nobody at desk to help us!! Our reservation/stay was for NOBU at CAESARS (& I understand that NOBU check-in was already closed for the night) but, there was no one to be found at other hotel lobby check-in desk to help us. We all looked at each other like, this isn’t very good service. Finally, we’re thinking the security cameras must’ve showed there was guests needing to be helped w/check-in and/or other, that a couple employees finally, appeared. Then, the African/American male whom helped me w/check-in wasn’t thorough. His questions to me, need to see your ID & if I parked in self-park or valet. Then told me, it’d be $$$ so, to insert my payment card. He never explained that was for the security deposit hold on my card…. So, since the last question he had asked was, where I parked, self-park/valet, I took it, as it was for the charge for using valet during my 8 night stay (cause again, he didn’t explain) that $$$ he was charging my card for (was the security deposit hold for the room). After charging me, he gave me 2 rm keys & gave directions to that. Wasn’t given receipt for what I was charged for, no explanation. All together, valet & hotel… No 2 employees explain/know the same things so, better training needed for better service, I think…

Good view. Nice amenities. Spacious shower with bench. Comfortable couch. Room key non-functional at 11:01 am; Nobu check-out desk not open at 11:04 am but Caesar front desk well-versed and very helpful.

Our stay at Nobu Caesar’s Palace in Atlantic City was exceptional. Although the weather wasn’t great, the hotel’s elegant design and warm, attentive service made up for it, providing a relaxing and luxurious experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. Dining at Nobu was a highlight, with exquisite flavors and a sophisticated atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of watching **Hook**, an incredible show that left us in awe with its captivating performances and stunning production. Despite the weather, our stay was unforgettable.

I feel cheated, u call it Nobu hotel. Its a dump. Old rooms, old hotel, snooty staff. Broken furniture. I paid $600 for this garbage room. Not worth more than $150

This really should not be listed on Expedia as a 5 star property. The ‘Nobu areas’ of Cesaers were closed. There was no telephone in our hotel room, a first for me! The 3 times I went to the Nobu reception desk there was no one there or it was closed. On arrival they claimed I had not purchased a later check out, so we went to check out at the regular time - to then find out we had been charged for the late check out that we hadn’t arranged. We travel ALOT to various hotels around the world this is a very long way from a 5 star property

For the amount of money I payed for one night you would think it would be comparable to a 4 seasons. The property was recently renovated and they had old dressers in the room that must have been the same ones from prior to remodeling. Shower pressure weak, You could hear the nightclub next door through the windows all day/ night. When I walked to the spa on 4th floor it was like walking through a basement corridor. When I tried to check out at 9 am there wasn't even a person at the desk. This place is pathetic and the biggest ripoff I've ever seen. NOBU Hotel what a disgrace

The first desk employee at Nobu was very hostile and rude when our room wasn’t ready after 4pm. We went back to the desk at 5:10pm to request a room at Caesar’s since Nobu wasn’t ready and a much kinder desk employee (Claudjia Mitchell) explained the entire situation for the delay and gave us a suite immediately. Had it not been for the first, hostile employee it would have been 5 stars

I was so excited to stay in the Nobu section of this hotel and when I showed up at 8pm I was told I didn’t have a room available. I was so disappointed. I stayed here intentionally knowing I had a large commute the next morning. I was with a friend and her room was ready with no issues. I was given a regular room in the Caesar side. It was not a terrible room and had I not been planning on the Nobu room I wouldn’t be upset. It was a nice room. Just not what I booked. Not what I paid for.
