"Lovely hotel in an excellent location which was accessible to the whole of Bath town within walking distance. The hotel itself is of a very good standard. Rooms were spacious and modern and very comfortable. Bathroom was fabulous with a big walk in shower and all toiletries included. Breakfast choice was excellent as there was lots of choice and it catered for all food categories and no issues if you have food allergies or intollerances. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again. "

"Lovely old hotel in the midst of a major renovation. We were booked into a newly renovated room which was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. There was some noise from renovations on weekdays but it was not particularly bothersome. The location is great - essentially equidistant between the Abbey and Roman Baths and the Circus and Royal Crescent. Buffet breakfast was very good and staff was inviting and helpful. Overall a very nice hotel. "
