Stay at one of a kind dream historical cottage at UT campus owned by a Texas real estate guru. WALK to Moody Center, Zach theatre, UT football stadium, UT club, St Davis Hospital, Dell Children's Hospital. House has a spacious patio facing a creek and a park. Walk to the best eateries in east and DT and UT: Este, Salty Sow, Chef Hong The Carillon, Acre 41, Red River Cafe, UT Club, Torchy's taco, Kerbey Lane Cafe, Food trucks and breweries. 3 big comfortable beds sleep up to 5. Guests relax on the patio hearing sound from birds, water, trees. House is furnished with art and antique collections by the owner over the years. Both bedroom have comfortable queen size bed, three separate working places with fast internet which allows guests to have work meeting/con-calls during their stays.
