Lakeside Estate is your DREAM VACATION rental home! This stunning resort-style Mediterranean mansion boasts high-end luxury with no shortage of elegance. This sprawling 8300 square foot home includes 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half baths. Located at the 9 mile marker on Lake Travis directly across from the formally known Carlos & Charlies Restaurant & Bar now known as Emerald Point Bar & Grill. Lakeside Estate is conveniently located 37 miles from downtown Austin. You have easy access to award-winning restaurants, personal chefs, local Austin nightlife and music scene as well as wine tasting, antiquing and hiking.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES: There is no shortage of outdoor entertainment options at Lakeside Estate including a huge infinity swimming pool with 10 person hot tub, kiddie/wading pool area, oversized gas fire pit with seating, putting green horseshoe pit, and Sonos speaker system that plays in the exterior and interior of the home. The expansive outdoor kitchen includes a large gas grill, sink and plenty of bar seating. The wrap around covered patio includes multiple seating areas all with amazing views of Lake Travis. Lakeside Estate has the most gorgeous PANORAMIC sunset and sunrise views on the lake without exception!

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES: Includes a large game room with pool table, shuffleboard, darts & an over-sized theater room includes 6 plush reclining seats. Sonos speaker system inside.

HOME AMENITIES: Five Star Chef Style kitchen with beautiful granite, stainless steel appliances, professional range with two ovens, 6 burner stove with griddle, three refrigerators (one additional glass fridge in kitchen for drinks and one in the game room kitchenette).

BOAT DOCK: There is (1) boat slip available just .10 miles from the home for guest use. Walking distance from home. The subdivision marina is located just down the hill from the house. PRIVATE 50' BOAT SLIP! Upon booking, a local guide will be provided to you for boat rental recommendations and more.

ACCOMMODATIONS: There are 11 beds that will accommodate 20 people.
This home is close to the Texas Hill Country. Visit the Flat Creek Winery Estate for lunch or wine tasting then continue to Marble Falls for a fun day of exploring and looking for antiques.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
*Due to recent policy changes by VRBO, they are no longer including the amount due for local taxes in their quote. This is 6% of the basic rental amount plus housekeeping fees. Should you do an instant booking, you will receive an invoice for the local taxes upon or soon after booking.

**INSTANT BOOKING POLICY: Please contact the Reservation Manager PRIOR to Instant Booking. This will allow us to answer any questions you may have, and also to verify that it is a good fit BEFORE your credit card is charged.

Also, part of our procedure is to have a signed lease agreement. As soon as you do the reservation request, I will send you the information needed to write a lease agreement. Sometimes our emails go into spam/junk folders so if you do not see it shortly after you do the request, please check your spam/junk folder. Please return this information as soon as it is convenient. After you receive the lease agreement, you must return it signed within a week of receiving it. If you do not return it, this may be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation rules will apply. The lease agreement is mailed from our business email address and will be sent either the same day or the next morning at the latest. If you do not see it, it is your responsibility to let us know.

No day events that includes more than 20 people--this includes all guests whether or not they are spending the night. No pets or animals.**
