Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. This is mentioned in the small print and both the hotel and hotels.com were patently unhelpful when I complained about it. “It’s a beautiful walk from the parking”. Yeah?
