NEW in 2024! Convenient and centrally located condo at the Seasons at Avon, just downhill from Beaver Creek and a short walk to the Riverfront Gondola, Eagle River, Nottingham Lake and Avon Recreation Center. The nearby Riverfront Gondola provides easy access up to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek to enjoy all the mountain activities in the winter or summer. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, open to the dining and living room with a gas fireplace and private balcony with Beaver Creek mountain views. Walk past the full hall bathroom to the two separate bedrooms. Seasons building has private, underground parking.

2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, all on one level with building elevator access.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, TV, full en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, no TV, uses second full bathroom in the hallway.
Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 7400 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

Nearby Nottingham Lake in Avon, Colorado, is a scenic, man-made lake at the center of Nottingham Park. It’s ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, and walking, and transforms into an ice skating and fishing spot in winter. The park also hosts various community events throughout the year. With its beautiful mountain views and easy accessibility, Nottingham Lake is a popular spot for both relaxation and recreation.
