"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who tended to us last night. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Recommended us to a wonderful place for dinner too which we enjoyed tremendously. The view from our room is fantastic! Thank you for everything! "

"It's more of a bed&breakfast than a hotel. No dining room, etc. -- mainly just individual rooms off of an external corridor that gives it an almost motel-type feel. However, it is indeed right on the water, the location and views are stunning, the rooms are clean and esoteric and breakfast delivered in a bamboo basket is incredibly charming. Would definitely recommend "

"綺麗に内装されていて、装飾は控えめですが清潔感がありました。そこここに生花が生けてあり、心遣いが感じられます。お風呂とお手洗いは共用。こちらも共用であることは気にならないほど綺麗に保たれており、過ごしやすかったです。子どもがいるため自宅に物が増えがちで、お部屋の中が最小限に纏まるだけでこんなに爽やかなのかと気付かされました。朝ごはんは大変美味しく、大人も子どもも大変満足です。薬味や添え物も味わいがあり、滋養あるものでした。朝８時からとゆっくりの時間設定ですが、食べてからのご出発を強くお勧めします。ホテルでアメニティや設備を楽しむのとはまた違った楽しみ、過ごし方がありました。ありがとうございました。"

"We paid $270 per night for this hotel. We were given the only room on the entrance floor of the hotel. So all we could hear was everyone coming in and out of the hotel, the lockers being opened up to place ones shoes in in the foyer, the cars on the road (our window was on the street). The windows had no frosting on them so we couldn't even open the blinds as everyone would be able to see right into our room. Very basic amenities, for the price we paid, we were very disappointed. "Very helpful staff that goes out of their way to help, even by Japanese standards. Our stay was pleasant and our room was a good size. A short walk to the outlets and they provide free shuttle bus service to the airport."

"To stay a night in KIX Airport Hotel is for the purpose to catch an early 7am flight the next day. But apart from the convenience of a link bridge short walk direct to the airport for check in, the train service also within the building link direct to the hotel. So we take the train from Osaka Station can have direct access to the hotel and terminal. From there we also can take the train just one station away to the Rinku Town Premium Outlet mall for food and shopping. Besides the convenient access to the airport, the hotel is also in very good condition, spacious, roomy with 3 beds for our family. The price is reasonable too, no regret for my arrangement to stay near the airport for the next day flight. Strongly recommended. "
