"We booked this stay for the opportunity to try something new. The location was close enough to town but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet in the area. Our bonfire while watching the sunset and getting to see the bald eagle and some deer right outside our window was the e highlight of the stay. "

I came back this past weekend to work on my mystery novel, based in Hope's Bay (my fictional town that I based Lexington on. Got so much work done in the heated covered porch. Even with cold and rain, it was so nice and cozy in there! Magical!"

"The house was very clean and checkin was easy. Nicely supplied. The water was very low at the Lake so could not get close. Beautiful view at the beach, not able to see the Lake view from house but it was a very short walk. Meet a deer on my way to see the sunrise, she just stood there and we were like that for a few seconds! Great pics of the sunrise and full moon over Lake Huron, which is why we choose the house. Cute place and had everything we needed!"

"Started out with no access info to the unit, arrived after dark to no lights and a locked door, had to message host for access code, this should have been in the email with the access info. Upon access we found the heat turned off, it was 50 degrees outside and the smoke detector beeping of a low battery (most annoying). My Wife went to use the restroom found there was no towels out to use, listing clearly said towels were included, (they were under the bathroom sink). No new trash bag in...

"Everything just as advertised, clean and quiet property in a nice safe neighborhood, stayed there with a 21 foot bass boat, easy to get it in the driveway and keep it plugged in overnight. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm up that way."
