"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

We stayed in Bologna for 2 days, and this apartment was spacious and amazingly located in the old town, which was perfect for exploring in a relatively short space of time. "Fantastic location in the heart of Bologna's historic city center within easy walking distance of sights, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room for the three of us to use as a home base while exploring this area of Italy. Since it is surrounded by restaurants, it can be a bit noisy at night, but we didn't find it to be an issue. Would stay here again!"

It’s large, very well-located, clean but it needs freshened up with paint, it wasn’t the shower that was advertised online but it was very good except a little small, the tv and wifi were very good including Netflix, and it is very well appointed. Great hotel

"This stay is part of a longer trip. The hotel is excellent. Luggage room if you arrive early as we did. Location is in the old area so a 5 min walk to piazza magiorre and the tourist information office. Breakfast was included and it was great. All in all, wish I’d have booked a longer stay. "
