"Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! "Mira Bai Xep is extremely quaint and comfortable, and is indeed a hidden jewel. The rooftop lounge is fabulous!! It is located on a lovely beach that turns into a restaurant for local seafood at night. We would definitely stay again!"

"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. "We had a wonderful stay. The family room was perfect and offered plenty of space for our family of four. We especially loved that there were two bathrooms. The rooms are beautiful and very reasonably priced. The rooftop pool was a major highlight with incredible views of the city and beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach and there are numerous restaurants near the hotel. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"The staff at this hotel are amazing and very helpful. We had a nice view from the 14th floor and our AC worked perfect contrary to some reviews I had read. I did find the bathroom a bit too compact for my liking. But there was good water pressure and loads of hot water. Beds were comfortable too."

"4 nights in a private pool beach villa, just steps from the sand and beach bar has convinced us to seek out more Zannier properties. Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. Well done to all the staff, chefs, therapists. We look forward to visiting Bai San Ho again! "

"The hotel is located not far from the beach. The room was pleasant. It was sometimes a bit noisy at night, although the music usually stopped by 10pm. The breakfast was poor, not many options, but for the price, was acceptable."

"This place is underrated. Probably the best place I stayed in Vietnam. Price is most affordable. It has all the necessary amenities including pool. Very close to the beach. A lot of street food around. Love also the breakfast buffet; they change the mains in the menu daily. The beach is the best. "

Very well maintained- at one point I saw six gardeners working to keep the gardens immaculate. 10/10 Staff- very helpful and went above and beyond. 10/10 Breakfast.
