"As a first time visitor in Seattle, I loved staying here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had great views of the ferries/ocean. You use an iPad to control the tv, lights, day curtains, day curtains, and get some info about the area around you. The only negative thing was the lack of parking. There is no on site parking and everywhere nearby costs to park, a lot of times with time limits. If you stay here, DO NOT rent a car. It's with in walking distance of most everything you might need; restaurants, shopping, Pikes Place market. Plus with all the rentable electric scooters/electric bikes you can get around pretty quick for way cheaper. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful I know their job is customer service these folks will go above and beyond to help you out and make it a comfortable stay. All the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful and if there closing they will recommend local places to go where you can get what your looking for weather it be drink, food or desert. I will be staying with this hotel again in the future and I highly recommend staying here if your in the area on work or vacation."
