"Very comfortable hotel to stay in, very clean, safe and quiet hotel, you have the tacos in the corner, and mercado hidalgo! This is outmr 2nd time staying at this hotel never had a problem, 2nd time we had issues only with the iron, wasn't working, my partner and i had a date night, needed to iron our clothes called front office, took a while to bring a working iron, by the time they were on there way bringing the Iron we were already walking to the elevator, wearing another outfit thy didn't need iron! Had to make an exception to wear another outfit that wasn't expected for that date night! But other than that i give an excellent service! "
