"This property is in a beautiful spot with gorgeous vistas all around. Everything was very clean, the people were friendly, and the restaurant was delicious. We were not happy with our room however. It was extremely tiny and had some unusual characteristics. The ceiling over half the bed was very low and my husband twice bumped his head while getting out of bed. The bathroom was split in two and you had to walk through the room to get from the toilet to the shower. The towels were too thin...

Main issue was that room was not cleaned every day and even had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. "Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. "This is a lovely hotel right on the river. We were in a room on the top floor with a small balcony, which had a great view. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We found the beds to be a bit soft, but thats a personal preference thing. Parking is available along the river for 4euro a day and you get a ticket that allows free travel on the trains and buses locally for the duration of your stay."
