"The hotel is a bit of a walk to the BTS however there is a free ride service available to the end of the street. The pool was extremely busy and full of children jumping and diving into the pool. The chairs around the pool could be replaced with MANY more recliners to accommodate the amount of guests. The breakfast was average, but will suffice. There were many children in the buffet running around unattended reaching to the food. I understand this is not the hotels fault but rather absentee...

"The Cotton Saladaeng is one of the best in Bangkok I ever stayed. It is sparkling clean. My king bed & pillows are super comfortable. The swimming pool at 4F is small but yet enough for my enjoyment. Also, the location is good, about 10 min walking to BTS and MRT blue line. Love it and will come again."

"No room upgrade offered despite there being availability and being a platinum member. Hotel was lovely having said that, breakfast was very tasty. Gym was excellent quality with an outdoor rig as well. The voucher for free entry to the Sky Beach bar was a great perk and definitely worth doing. "
