"My first visit to the Asia was 1993 and I have been a regular visitor since. I loved the hotel, its location, staff, ambiance, food etc. My last visit was in 2018, this the 1st since Covid. What a disappointment. I had read the reviews and the hotel had been updated. That is not entirely true. (there is only 1 iron here) - bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste because they don't provide those too. - laundry is available near lilit hotel. the nearby 7-11 store has the basic amenities you need if you forget to bring these....

"Loved the area, quieter than Khao San. Only negative is the wifi kicks you off constantly and you must enter the password to rejoin. As someone traveling without cellular data this is quite frustrating and makes me unreachable without noticing. "
