"Did not have a lift. I had a knee replacement and I had to carry my 25kg luggage up the stairs. Rooms could use an upgrade. Tv was small and old. Other than that, everything else was good. "

"Reception staff need training on how to welcome guests, no smile or welcome to our hotel! Room was okay, I only used it as a base. Excellent location for Kho san Road and other places of interest. Enjoyed the pool area in an afternoon. "

"Great value for what is provided. Adequate breakfast, free shuttle to the airport, large room with comfortable bed and linens. Only complaint is the loud noise of construction right next door starting at 8:00 am. Not the fault of the hotel, but the only negative."
