"This is an older hotel, but has been refurbished and is kept very appealing cosmetically. The grounds were clean and litter free. It was too cold for the pool, but maybe another time because it also looked clean and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and efficient so check-in was a breeze. The water pressure in the shower was weak and it took quite a while to get warm, but it was do-able. I definitely would stay at this hotel again."

"We had to stay here because my son was going to look at a college and we know nothing about the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the area and property was and so convenient to everything. The staff was amazing and the room was gorgeous and large. The only downside was the bathroom sink was really small and the water pressure not that great, but I would definitely stay here again if I have to be in the area."

"Wonderful hotel in a nice area. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved that they had full size playpens instead of the dinky cribs or pack n plays we get at most areas. Unfortunately the EV charger was of the "app required" variety which I hate but I suspect the hotel was unaware of this when they were installed."

"The room feels luxurious. It was clean and tidy. Although the room had a coffee machine, they did not provide any coffee pods. There was no hot water, had to take a quick cold shower. It's located near the San Diego Trolley, which is convenient and 20mins from Tijuana. It was a good stay, just beware there is not hot water or coffee in the room. "
