"The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "

"A couple of the major museums and parks are walkable from the hotel. The hotel staff were incredible helpful for everything and always available. I was able to leave my medication that required refrigeration in the room fridge filled with beer. I was not charged for using to store my medication in this fridge. "Place was a little hidden but around a lot of cool spots. There’s a hair salon, pharmacy, convenience stores, and bakeries/restaurants. It was a bit far from some areas but still there was a lot to do around. The room was small and the bath is very different from any other baths we’ve seen before. The place wasn’t that clean at first but we asked for a clean up and they did it super quick. Check in was super easy and check out too. It was a nice cozy spot."
