"Great location, very close to Waikīkī beach. Everything was great except for the disappointing experience upon checking in. After a 6 hour flight, we didn’t feel an aloha welcome by whoever checked us in. On top of that, our request to be moved to a room with a better view was denied. This is a training issue with a single employee; everyone else were friendly. Room and amenities were great though. The complimentary Hawaiian coffee was always fresh which I loved. I’d recommend this hotel. "

"My friend and I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, Friday to Sat; and had a wonderful stay. The shuttle from the airport dropped us off by the front entrance and the doorman was truly friendly, as well as Nani, and all who are behind the front desk, also their other hotel staff and cleaning crew. We had the king size bed, 3rd floor, clean room and no complaints on noise since our room is by the right end tip of the hotel. They clean the rooms every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday only.
