We got the elevator / lift !!! Now no need to use the stairs :-)

This flat is in a 'finca regia' (historical buiding to be preserved), fully refurbished, with 2 sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom and dining room.

Just refurbished flat, in a 'finca regia', that is an historical façade, in downtown Gràcia part of Barcelona city.

In Gràcia part of the city you will be just in the middle of all the Gaudi's master works, that is Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and La Pedrera (first picture).

The apartment is located in Torrent de l'Olla, close to Plaça del Sol, the market, Verdi cinemas, many restaurants, and all those items in a designer & artist atmosphere.

From an old apartment we have created an unique atmosphere mixing the vintage part and the newest materials, with hand-made furniture and lamps and designer furniture and lamps (Resol, My Oruga, Kare Design, Paul Neuhaus, Paulmann, Comes).

The air conditioning and the heating, good mattresses, and balcony will be top to enjoy some days of relax in vibrant Barcelona.

Being in Gracia suburb is a must to dive in design & creative Barcelona, you will see that!

You will enjoy free high speed WIFI 24 hours.

For children we offer games, books, high chair and bed for baby, if needed.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange for you the pick up at the airport and driving to the flat.

If you are coming by car, we will tell how to find best prices for parking.

I love Barcelona

Wonderful stay in Gracia
Had a great stay. The property is as described. Lots of great restaurants nearby and the apt is close to two metro stations. Lovely pedestrian friendly walkways. We really enjoyed the Catalan details in the unit and appreciated the elevator after a day of walking. Thanks for being such a great host.

Great rental
They were very accommodating with a early checkin and leaving our luggage at the end to accommodate for an Appointment at Casa Mila. All communication is by telephone which isnt’ always easy but we made out fairly well. Very close to metro which made moving around Barcelona fairly easy. Apartment very clean. Only problem was we couldn’t get the coffee maker to work which problematic for those of us that need the coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect apartment in the wonderful cosmopolitan area of La Gracia. As a family of five were able to make use of the local restaurants and plazas as well as touring all that Barcelona has to offer. We would highly recommend this accommodation, simply tremendous.

It was spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. It was immaculate and well maintained. We love how bakeries, cafes, groceries and restaurants are so accessible, as in right across close. Nice accommodations! Central to everything. Had a full washer and dryer inside the unit. However the W/D room had mold. Full kitchen and nice bathroom. At every corner you can easily find coffee and fresh bread. Best Gelato a few doors away!!

Beautiful location!
Great trip from the beginning to the end. The host has THE BEST communication, anything you need they have answers. Gorgeous property, location. Everything is close by La pedrera, casa battlo, park guel , we even walked to Sagrada Familia one day. Everything is in the walking distance. Taxis are very cheap. If you are looking for spacious, clean apartment close to everything look no further!!thank you for letting us stay at your property.

The apartment is in a fantastic location…minutes away from the tram Fontana stop. We bought a ten ticket and went everywhere during our 11 day stay. There were 2 minor issues and the team fixed them immediately. Without a doubt would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! We had a family of 5, and we could have had 2 kids share the second double bed in the second bedroom, but instead used the sofa in the living room, which our daughter said was very comfortable. We loved the view and the location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Everyone was very friendly. Mae was wonderful and spoke perfect English, great for us Canadians! Good location. Nice apartment. BUT A/C inn bedroom not working. They did buy a fan that was not very effective. I have never before charged 40 euros for late check in. I did inform them my plane would be late. They said that was their policy.

We have no complaints. Download Whatsapp to your phone, because it seems everyone uses it in that area of Europe(Spain, France, Italy). With that, communication with the friendly owners/property management was seamless. A representative was there to meet us and the apartment was clean. Shower and kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. A couple of squares with food, bars, shops, just a couple of blocks away. A really nice stay!
