"Also we found that going in the last week of May was a bad idea because all of the activities that they advertised were actually closed for the season and even the skiing was not great since we only had 2 lifts open that only took you to 1 short piste run which only went half way down the mountain. probably going earlier in the season is less risky. "We had a very nice over night stop, the kitchen facilities were great!! The room was a little too small, no where to put clothes so had to keep opening and close suitcases but not enough space to leave them open. "Ended up arriving later than expected to find no staff at the desk (beyond the 3:30 cut-off). Front doors locked and no answer on the phone to call. Turns out there were instructions (thru expedia) for the need to call if you were to be late. Once they called back (and someone let me in to the lobby) i was able to get a key to a room.
