100 meters from the beach, 'Les Dauphins' is lovely villa, very peaceful and very bright, very comfortable with private garden well enclosed, surrounded by hedges guaranteeing you peace. Sun terrace, very quiet, private parking. Interior carefully decorated facing south, large bay window offers great clarity.
The fitted kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hair dryer, flatiron.
Outdoor furniture with deckchairs and barbecue (charcoal), bedding slatted very good, bicycle storage.
Everything is provided for your well being and to accommodate you comfortably, summer and winter, with family or friends.

Es war alles in bester Ordnung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Rückgabe der Wohnung erfolgte ebenso freundlich und komplikationslos.

Séjour avec mes enfants et surtout notre boxer.
Très beau endroit, bien accueillis . Le chien pouvait sortir tranquille vu la clôture tout autour du bâtiment. A recommander même avec des jeunes enfants.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Besteck sind reichlich vorhanden, die E-Geräte von guter Qualität. Allerdings handelt es sich nicht um ein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang - in toller Lage. Man kann den Strand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Allerdings ist die Spülung der Wohnung darüber deutlich zu hören. Für Hundebesitzer: Hunde sind im Juli und August am Strand nicht erlaubt. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, eher zu erfahren, dass man eine Kaution zu hinterlegen hat und möglichst bis 18 Uhr anreisen sollte. Alles in allem handelt es sich um eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Zwei schöne Urlaubswochen in Barneville Plage
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Gastgeber Monsieur Dudouit empfangen. Unsere Ferienwohnung (EG) hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Die Einrichtung ist schön, vollständig und zweckmäßig. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, nur 300 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Auch unser Hund hat die 2 Wochen im eigenen Garten, am weitläufigen Strand und im Dünengebiet sehr genossen. Juli und August dürfen Hunde allerdings nur eingeschränkt zum Strand. Gerne werden wir diesen Aufenthalt wiederholen.

Super Objekt in guter Lage und nette Vermieter
Ich hatte das Inserat zunächst so verstanden, dass ich ein Ferienhaus, keine Wohnung, miete, deshalb waren wir bei Ankunft verwirrt, dass es sich um eine Ferienwohnung handelt, über der sich eine weitere Wohnung befindet. Vom Irrtum abgesehen war das Objekt jedoch wirklich schön. Eigener Eingang, eigener Garten, ausreichend groß für kleine Tobespiele für die Hunde und ausreichender Sichtschutz für das gewisse Maß Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist wirklich super, in ruhiger Straße und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Einen Parkplatz gab es auch. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter geschah per Mail und war problemlos. Es gab immer eine freundliche Antwort. Auch dass wir einen Tag früher abreisen mussten als geplant, wurde ermöglicht. Der persönliche Kontakt zur Übergabe war sehr freundlich und obwohl zuerst abgelehnt und daher nicht geplant, konnte meine Freundin auch spontan noch Bettwäsche erhalten. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Gefehlt hat es uns an nichts. Alles funktionierte und sauber war es auch. Besonders gefielen uns die vielen schönen Bilder der Gegend. Die oft erwähnte Hellhörigkeit kann ich auch nur bestätigen. Man hört doch sehr laut insbesondere die Toilettenspülung auch der oberen Wohnung und wenn dort Jemand sich bewegt. Wir haben uns aber recht schnell daran gewöhnt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen :)

Fonctionnel et proche de la plage
les vrais plus du logement : l'immense plage de Barneville au bout de la rue (250m) et une agence de location a l'écoute des locataires (remplacement de vaisselle en cours de semaine). Les regrets : l'annonce peut laisser penser qu'on loue une maison entière avec jardin. En réalité, l'annonce ne concerne que le rdc : l'étage avec le balcon est séparé et est loué à part (accès indépendant), et les photos ne montrent pas clairement que la maison est mitoyenne. Un petit effort de transparence a faire sur ces points. Enfin, pourquoi ne pas laisser le minimum pour accueillir une famille en vacances ? Coté Sdb/wc, un fond de rouleau de PQ, pas de savon...Coté cuisine : placards vides (apportez huile sel, poivre, sucre,...aucun basique n'est fourni), pas de gants ou maniques pour eviter les brûlures avec le four et les marmites... Bref, tout cela est plutôt du détail, car le rapport qualité prix est honnête, mais une belle expérience client se joue dans le détail !

Absolut Empfehlenswert!!!
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im Objekt von Pascal. Die persönliche Übergabe war sehr freundlich, das Objekt ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, es ist mehr als ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Der eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Hund perfekt und für uns war die Privatsphäre durch die blickdichte Einzäunung perfekt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, knappe 150 m vom Strand entfernt (mit Hund muss man etwas länger laufen, aber auch das waren nur 500m). Auf Grund der Lage in einer Wohnsiedlung, war es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wer einen schönen Strandurlaub (mit Kind und auch Hund) machen möchte ist hier wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank an Pascal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt gesehen entsprach das Objekt der Schilderung in der Anzeige. Fantastisch der kurze Weg zum Strand durch eine ruhige Strasse. Ein grosses Lob für die Sauberkeit des Objektes, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos. Das einzige Manko war die Hellhörigkeit im Haus, aber das war noch gut zu ertragen. Zusammengefasst, ein Haus das wir erneut buchen würden.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barneville-Carteret. Le secteur est riche en activité et la location idéalement située. La mer est au bout de la rue, les plages sont magnifiques. Il y a la possibilité de pratiquer des activités type chars à voile ou parapente, mais aussi la pêche à pieds (couteaux-coquillages) ou simplement se promener le long des plages splendides à l'eau turquoise. Nous remercions chaleureusement M. Dudouit pour son accueil. Un contact/une adresse à retenir.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit unseren Hunden
Die Ferienwohnung mit abgeschlossenem Garten (ideal für Hunde) entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Unser Vermieter Monsieur Pascal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht um uns. Am aller beste ist aber das man in nur in ein paar Metern am Meer ist! Wir kommen gerne wieder☺️
