The apartment is the only apartment on the property, nestled on the lower left side. It can accommodate 3 persons (2 adults & 1 child), with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the front room. We needed a short-term rental to fill a gap in our travel schedule. This site filled the bill. We found it clean, safe (inside a gated community), accessible (on ground level, no stairs), and modest. There is A/C only in the bedroom (heat pump) that will after time cool both rooms (a floor fan to move the air would be nice). It is conveniently located for access to shopping, restaurants, the town center and the island's main road. Note: we had a rental vehicle. The site's manager is wonderful: helpful, promptly answered questions and responded quickly to problems (there was power outage due to a problem off site), and ensured the apartment was ready for our arrival. The site would be suitable for a renter with mobility issues.

Beautiful location with a view of the water.
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location for 5 days while getting our daughter settled in at school. This spot had everything that we needed and was clean and very quiet. Owner was friendly and helpful. She had suggestions for where to eat and even gave us some numbers for good local taxis. I would highly recommend this location for your next visit to St. Kitts.

Peaceful island respite
Wonderful place. We only reserved for 1 night but we this apartment certainly could be a good home base for exploring the island for a week. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Excellent value for the money. The home is well maintained and spotlessly clean.
