"Over charge me , after I book my room and went to the hotel they ask me to pay 43 shekels for service!!! I really don’t know what kind of service but the front desk said if you don’t pay that I can’t let you access to your room , seems like they have a very poor costumer service "

"The hotel stuff was very friendly . The Hotels.com deceives guests . It was written breakfast but there is no breakfast at hotel. I contacted twice customer service of Hotels.com . But they answered like in the africa . Very bad custoemr service. "

"Went with 2 friends and payed for the double couch bed. The room was dirty (blood stains on the couch, scratches on the bed,etc.). Staff was unpleasant even rude at times. Apparently they don't give any sets of spare linen and the front desk closes at 11 so me and my friend had to sleep without any pillows or blankets. Absolutely terrible experience if you want something on the beach there are plenty of better places in the area than this dump."
