"Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money. "

"The house was a really special place to stay with beautiful rooms and fantastic facilities. Despite the cool, damp weather outside, the house was lovely and warm with easily controllable radiators - a really pleasant surprise in such an old building. "Owners/hosts made us very welcome and on hand to help when required. Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. "the bed was a sofa bed although the mattress was ok every time we moved it made load squeaking noise the large entrance gates were attached to our outside wall so every time they were used it felt like the wall was moving and a very loud banging noise some gest returned after midnight some left early about 6 Am the location we good, only a short walk to the restaurants, and near the steps to the chateaux there was free parking in the street"

Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "

"A very pleasant surprise to find a reasonably priced hotel that delivered on all fronts. Really helpful member of staff on our arrival ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room e had was spacious even with 3 beds and everything was clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay."
