Luxury Creekfront Home with Guest Cottage

This beautiful, HGTV-worthy home plus guest cottage is the perfect place for your next Texas coastal vacation! With room to sleep up to 14, you will have plenty of space and all the comforts that anyone could ask for. Seated on Caney Creek, you can relax on the fabulous patio, fish, crab, or take the quick drive to Sargent Beach. The main house offers 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, another with a king bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and a twin trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa with a full pullout bed, as well as a daybed with a twin trundle in common areas. You and your guests will enjoy the large dining table over looking Caney Creek and a friendly game of shuffleboard! We understand that sometimes work gets in the way of your vacation, so there is a desk area setup for those who might need it. The guest cottage boasts a full kitchen, full bathroom and 2 queen beds! Come enjoy the creek life in style here at Reel Time!

There is a new pier, perfect for fishing or just hanging out by the creek! The pier is equipped with fishing lights, fish cleaning station with running water, seating and swim ladder. Please note that the boat lift is not for guest use.

There are security cameras for safety purposes only, located at the back of the house, facing the boat/pier. We value your privacy, and do not actively monitor cameras during guest stays.

Labor Day Getaway
Our family enjoyed our stay with plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, great supplies, fully equipped kitchen and we were able to bring our dogs who go just about everywhere with us. They had a great fenced in yard that helped us relax. We were able to dock our SIL’s bay boat at their dock, great fish cleaning stations, grill and the covered area at water was great. We would rent again for sure! We recommend it!

Birthday/Thanksgiving
My birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year (it happens every once in a while) so my wife and I decided to have our three adult children, their spouses and all six of our grandchildren come and stay to celebrate and to give thanks together. My brother, sister-in-law and niece from Boerne, TX joined in the festivities (they stayed in the cottage and LOVED IT). The house was fantastic!!! Better than expected, great sleeping arrangements, fantastic kitchen and great bathrooms!!! Beautiful big yard, great views and super nice neighbors. All the amenities were amazing! Overall one of our best outings ever!

This property is beautful, clean, and in a very nice area. Only minor issue we noticed was the wand shower head in main bath did not function. And we were a little disappointed the patio sail cover was not installed and the hammock was not hooked up either as shown in the listing. Being July, the sail shade would have been nice in order to use the back patio more often than not. But a great rental none the less.

Paradise!!
We absolutely loved this property! I can’t say enough good things about it. Very spacious, we had 4 older teens, 2 children, 6 adults, and had plenty of room, the house and cottage are very roomy. There were plenty of beds no one slept on air mattresses or anything like that. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need! I brought things thinking that we would need it and never had to use them! The house was very clean and we enjoyed the shuffleboard table so muc! We had a few tournaments actually. The fishing pier was really nice, we did a lot of fishing and caught enough fish and crabs to cook! The outdoor space was really nice as well. I would definitely book this property again!! Management was quick to respond with any questions I had.

Nice digs!
11 of us stayed at Reel Time. The place is very nice and we spent alot of time there as the weather wasn't cooperative. Just a little crowded for 11 - limited living room seating and doubling up in beds. But the area is convenient and the property well equipped - we will probably return.
