"2-ply TP would be nice. In-room, or even on-floor, coffee would have been appreciated. There was no in-room temperature adjustment capability, no microwave, and no TV in the room. The room was quiet. The bed mattress was "hilly". There were sufficient bedside power outlets. The sitting area chairs were quite comfortable. Lighting was good. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub was nice."

"We have been coming to visit the Petoskey area for ten years in the late summer but never during the dead of winter. The town was magical and charming in a blanket of snow, and The Perry Hotel was the ideal place to experience this. Gorgeous dining room lovely historic room, great staff.
