Watch the boats sail through your front door, or better yet, from your patio chairs while grilling on the BBQ or socializing around your firepit. Have your own boat? Even better, the property has a built in BOAT GARAGE! Two bedrooms with two bathrooms keep privacy if two couples are traveling, and the couch folds out to sleep guests #5 and 6 if needed. Enjoy your stay, you won't want to leave!

Great experience in the water with a boat garage. The house is older but was very clean and has newer mini split hvac system s. Unbelievable views and very close and walkable to everything.

Poor management
This rental is poorly managed. The property manager is avoiding requests to refund the additional charges for a pet. We booked it planning to bring our dog and then decided not to. We communicated this through phone and messages and were told we would receive the refund but the property manager Paul is attempting to avoid us not that our stay is over.

Property was clean, efficient, warm and inviting. Upstairs bed overlooking the lake was exceptional. Friendly neighbors and other locals are fun, welcoming and hilarious. Some of the better restaurants are closed Mon and Tue. Would stay here again.

Really special house on the dock
This place is amazing! It is truly a floating home on the dock. Water access unparalleled. Very family friendly dock, too, paddling around the dock is completely acceptable and encouraged. Friendly neighbors, very scenic location, and close to kayak rentals. Really special experience! House was very comfortable, AC worked well, laundry worked well too. Really hope to stay here again someday.

Excellent location for summer adventures!
Great spot to spend time on the water. Welcoming community of owners. The space was furnished nicely and all appliances/AC worked great. We brought our boat and loved having the garage to store it in during our visit. The only hiccup we ran into was parking. Initially I was told we could park our trailer in the marina lot by a property manager. However, the lot is heavily supervised and that is not allowed. Also, passenger vehicles need a permit which we got at the marina office but later found the permit in the house. The marina offers paid offsite trailer parking for a fee and we chose another option. Now that we know what to expect, we will plan day one differently to be more efficient. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Great place and wonderful neighbors on the dock
This place is clean and inviting and right in the water. The floaties and paddle boards were a welcome touch, and we enjoyed using them. The neighbors on the dock were all so friendly and we had a blast getting to know them. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishes and utensils. The only downside of this home is that there is no bedroom door so it lacks a little privacy. Still a great experience and we’ll be back!
