"Our stay was amazing, the hotel was so relaxing for us. The only thing I would have improved about our room was windows. Our room was so so dark. And lastly the front desk staff was like only semi bad part of our trip. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Both ladies were off putting. My partner and I come to San Diego a lot, and this was the first hotel I’ve felt unwelcomed. Our favorite part of going on our trips is the hotel experience and it just made the experience lack luster. Other than the front desk ladies everyone else was so welcoming and helpful. "
