Near Elkington, Cape Charles, one hour to Chincoteague ponies and beaches. This is a brand new house. Comfortable and spacious with a balcony that provides water view of the Chesapeake Bay. Plenty of private beach access for your pleasure. This is a full time house for summer , winter, fall and spring use.

25th Wedding Anniversary Beach Trip
We celebrated our 25th anniversary precisely as we envisioned: in a serene, private beach community! The Beach House at Smith Beach was the perfect getaway—immaculate, tranquil, and just what we needed. The owners were incredibly accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the walk to and from the beach was seamless, around five minutes, making our experience even more delightful!

Great house
The house had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. Beds were comfortable and TV in living was great. Only suggestion would be larger tv in pool table room.

Smith Beach Fun
We had an amazing time, my son's girlfriend has family property just down the road but we needed extra space. The house was nicely appointed with great access to the beach. We opted to rent the golf cart so made travelling between the houses with beach stuff super fun. The water there is glorious and sunset views are amazing, we all had a great time.

Relaxing getaway
We live about an hour away and were in town for a wedding. This is a quiet neighborhood kept away in nature. Lots of beautiful bunnies and deer! :) The beach is nice and quiet, as it is private to the neighborhood. We liked the area on the north end the best, which was a very short drive. House was well stocked with anything you may need. Spacious, clean, and cozy!

Great place to stay a walk away from the beach
We really enjoyed our stay! The property is a quick walk away from the neighborhood beach which was awesome. The house itself was as described, the upstairs pool table and upstairs deck for stargazing were great bonuses. Guests are responsible for cleaning the sheets and towels on their way out and some of the linens had stains that made me feel like they weren’t the cleanest. We did see a lot of bugs inside of the house but the owners provided some bug strips to help mitigate that. Overall a great weekend in Cape Charles within driving distance to everything we needed!

Great new house, short walk to the beach. I loved the upstairs room, with the pool table. It became our teenage son’s hideaway while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked. Bikes and a gas grill would be nice.
