"Lovely place to stay. Beautiful apartment with a lovely view. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for supper the evening we arrived and we hadn’t been notified until our arrival. Facilities were excellent and clean. Bed was comfortable. View was stunning. Unfortunately our outside door to the apartment opened during the night. Slightly unsettling. "

"The moorings was close to town and we could walk everywhere. The room was very nice, and the private outside area made it really lovely. The customer service was brilliant, Dan really went above and beyond. "

"The room was compact but clean and tidy. Two bedside fans helped to keep the room cool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My only concern is the shower floor was slipperry when wet, which I think was hazardous. I believe showers should be provided with rubber, non slip mats. Many thanks Kay"

"👍 Like my review! We had a 2 night stay at "Te Wanaka Lodge" in Wanaka, New Zealand as part of our journey across the country. We chose the location because it was close to downtown, the lakeshore, eateries (including tons of food trucks), and even an awesome cinema. The checkin process could be improved since parking was difficult but earlier communication of a nearby public parking would be helpful. Nevertheless, the staff were lovely and kind showing us several of the rustic common areas...

"A truly unique stay. Up to modern standards, no one ever Modernized the Look of this 1898 hotel. It’s like stepping back in time. Loved the comfy seat on the veranda watching the world go by. The proprietors were very friendly and set up a great continental breakfast in the downstairs cafe. Loved it!"

"Friendly and welcoming with locally picked cherries on arrival! Walking distance to everything you need. Very helpful when I had a problem with my phone charger. Would recommend staying."
