My only gripe is that terrible slow old electric stove and old dirty fry pans that caused all our food to stick and burn. "Eden Oaks sits in the middle of Geelong botanical gardens. It is not easy to walk to and from at night. The property is large as it has conference rooms so is a little spread out. It is a little dated but that wasnt an issue for me. The on site restaurant was excellent and the full breakfast as part of the price was lovely . All in all we had a nice stay."
