"Everything was good except for they put us on the third floor and the elevator did not go down from the third floor. The button on the third floor is broken. I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out. "

"It served it's purpose. It is an older hotel in downtown Detroit. It's not perfect and shows it's age in many areas, but was adequate. The shuttle service is a huge plus associated with this hotel. "
