The residents in the apartment above us were quite noisy into after midnight and they had a dog that barked and cried when they left it alone. Overall though this place is a good place to stay."

"The apartment is small but would be very comfortable for a couple or small family. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the manager was excellent. The sofabed is not great, but the two real beds are comfortable. And the location is fantastic -- a block to the main street and two blocks to the beach. "

"This little apartment was clean, had absolutely everything I needed and the price can’t be beat for a winter stay at the Jersey Shore. As others have stated, communication is strictly through the VRBO app, but any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. When I discovered I hadn’t booked for the days I thought I had, the management was very attentive to helping me extend my stay. "

"4 adults were comfortable in this small but clean apartment. Bedrooms were large enough so that you didn't feel cramped. Kitchen and bath had basics which made it easy to settle in. They even provided coffee and filters for the coffee maker. (may not mean much to you, but... ;-) ) If you want quick access to the Boardwalk and beach, this is perfect. Less than a two minute walk, you cross over the boardwalk to get to the beach. Mid-October and the water was still warm. "

"Great little airconditioned dog friendly property for the purpose of a week at the shore. Situated less than 2 blocks from the bay for an easy daily walk and 3 blocks to beach, the location is great. In lovely residential area of Seaside Park with beautiful beach (3 passes included). The beach is surely walkable for most, but I did drive so it was easier to move beach stuff. Plenty of parking right near accesses during the week (not sure how it would be on weekend). Pay parking of $2 per hour...

"The house is close to the beach, which is primarily why we chose it. Apart from the location, it's nothing special - a small house for basic needs. It had been updated recently with new appliances and floors and we liked that coffee was supplied. The furniture seemed new too, but also very basic. The bed frames are cheap, so they were not very comfortable - the bunk bed was extremely squeaky, and in the other room, the mattress kept falling off the side of the frame, making it sag on one side....
