"Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and our stay was enjoyable. The one thing that caused us problems was the heating and a/c unit. Our room was cold, and none of our temperature changes on the thermostat made any improvement. After several attempts on our own over several hours, we stopped at the front desk, mentioned the problem, and while we were out, the maintenance staff resolved the issue. "This hotel is in a perfect location. It’s very clean and the rooms are good size. However, a large portion of the rooms are overlooking the trash dumpsters and you hear them empty them every morning at 6 AM. The front desk lady is snarky, if that kind of thing bothers you."

"Good location, friendly and helpful staff, fun game area, and comfortable beds. However - I personally would not stay again due to the heavy use of fragrances throughout the hotel - both in the lobby/shared areas and a different perfume smell in rooms. Staff informed me this is from a cleaner and all rooms have the same smell, and no rooms have windows that open. The heater/AC also goes from heat to AC, so the rooms get very dry at night. Two of us got migraines from the constant smell...
