"Staff lovely customer service. Hotel nice and clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Toilet in bathroom didn't seem fitted to the floor, very wobbly when sat on. Food was plentiful but quite strange nothing really went together as a mean. Our last day... Pigs trotters! Absolutely not! Hotels central, walk down a slight incline to beach. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Excellent food options that are really well cooked. Extremely convenient location for getting the Alicante to Benidorm bus. "The Presidente is a lovely hotel, well located in the new town. It could be better however. I was astonished to be asked to pay €5 for the maid to top up tea/coffee etc in the room. Another drawback was the room aircon as despite ours being adjusted low, it remained extremely hot. God help you in the summer. And finally the lifts. What a calamity.
