Looking for a comfortable place close to all that Bentonville has to offer? Our three bedroom, two bath house is perfectly located 6 blocks from the Bentonville square and a few yards to the connector trail joining Coler Preserve and Slaughter Pen MTB trails and half dozen paved trails.

New in 2024 - 2-3 person hot tub!

A large living space with flat screen smart TV, Wifi and reclining sofas help you relax after a busy day. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances. Washer & dryer are available for your use.

Wifi high speed internet provided. 55" smart tv with several streaming optioms. All bedrooms also have a ROKU TV. Feel free to log on to your own apps.

Washer and dryer onsite.

Shed in backyard is a great place to store bikes.

Up to two well behaved pets welcome. A dog door provides access to a privacy-fenced backyard. (Additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied.) Unfortunately due to city regulations we are not able to accommodate more than 2 pets.

Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking in front of house also available.

Great house, great location
We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the 20 mins walk (we walk slow) to/from the farmers market. The back yard was nice and big for our little dogs, no holes in the fence. The beds were nice and comfy! We plan to stay here again!

Great Hub for MTB Adventures
Great location in relation to mountain bike trail and restaurant options. Quiet, comfortable house to recharge after day of adventure. Very well equipped. When returning to Bentonville, this will be top choice for lodging.

The house is very roomy with everything you need including a fenced backyard if you’re bringing kids and/or pets. The house was clean and check in/check out was easy. Felt like a very safe and quiet area. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our week end of softball. We were minutes from Memorial Patk. Washer/dryer for uniforms. Backyard for warmups and “T” practice. Everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room.

Outstanding property!!!
My wife and I stay at 2 or 3 homes each year. This was our best visit ever, and part of that is the wonderful property made it possible to bring our fury friend for the 3-week stay. Best stocked kitchen, ever. Best back yard ever, with a wonderful wooden fence and deck to hang out and enjoy the wonderful air of far-northwest Arkansas. Property is 5 mins. or so from downtown Bentonville, with very nice restaurants and pubs, plus nice tourist attractions. Must include best TV/Audio system ever - can watch almost anything you might like, and lots of music options. Michelle was a great host, and we give this property the highest rating among any we have stayed at. Bob and Nancy - Texas

Perfect house for traveling with dogs
We were a family group of five ranging in age from 30-something to 89 years with an 82lb Lab + a Cocker Spaniel. This house was very welcoming, comfortable with plenty of room for dogs and for elderly Dad to get around with walker. Large secure back yard. The few steps to enter house were challenging for Dad, but house was otherwise perfect. Bentonville is great. Crystal Bridges Museum is free and provides wheelchairs for those with limited mobility, so Dad enjoyed being wheeled through the art exhibits.
