Located steps from downtown Bentonville and its beautiful parks, this newly decorated, 1,121-square-foot modern home with boho vibes is the perfect retreat for families and groups alike!

This airy retreat offers a beautifully furnished and landscaped patio with hanging egg chairs, string lights, an outdoor dining area, and a firepit with comfortable seating. Inside, the welcoming living area provides you with a wonderful place to unwind and rest at home. Curl up on the sofa and watch an entertaining show on the large TV after spending the day strolling around the city. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back with all major appliances and everything you could need to prepare delicious homemade meals and on-the-go snacks for the crew. You will also find a toaster, wine glasses, an air fryer, and a Keurig. If you don't feel like cooking, though, you can always head downtown and try one of the many wonderful restaurants. This home also offers a mini bar!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
