"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. "We were two couples traveling together and we had this place to ourselves, it was like our private estate, loaded with beautiful antiques it is an old winery estate house, its in a fairly remote small town on a hill surrounded by grapes.Great views from the rooftop patio,, its not much to look at from outside the gate but inside, wow. we loved it, thanks very much for your kind hospitality Daniela."

"The house is beautifully presented inside and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The swimmingpool is a great size and kept the children entertained all day every day.
