"As in life it’s all about the people not just the product. Anna at the front desk went out of her way with great communication ahead of our arrival to assist us with some special requests. Great location. Most main attractions & tramway is within nearby walking distances. So many great dining options to choose from are right near the entrance to the hotel. Excellent indoor pool, Spa pool & Gym. Very pleased with the quality of service provided by the room servicing / cleaning schedule system....

"Very clean and tidy. The studio I stayed in had its own bathroom and kitchen area. The hairdryer in my room was very strong, which was great, and the lady at the reception offered hair straighteners which are at the front desk. Bed was spacious and nicely made. Room had its own coffee machine which capsules and milk in the fridge. Overall very positive experience."
