"Very well kept flat on third floor of a row house on a quiet street. It's about a ten minute walk from the nearest metro stop. The flat was spotless, Enrique was gracious and communicative, and I appreciated the fan in the heat wave. Be aware that the flat is a third-floor walkup so not suited to someone who has difficulty climbing."
