AS SEEN ON TV! Headlands Luxury Beachside Apartment

Featured on TV's Fantasy Homes By The Sea! Headlands is a spacious, modern 4th floor apartment right next to the sea and blue flag beach in Westward Ho! North Devon, in the landmark Horizon View building.

The open plan living space has full width patio doors opening onto the large balcony with fantastic uninterrupted views across Bideford Bay and the estuary.

The master bedroom with it's four poster bed and en suite bathroom also opens onto the balcony and spectacular view. The twin bedroom has a large shower room right outside and can be made a super kingsize for a fee.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard and comes with allocated secure parking space, lift access, Sky TV, Fast Fibre WiFi, and B&O bluetooth speaker. All linens are provided, including super soft 100% pure linen bedding, luxury 800 gsm fluffy white towels, tea towels, cloths, and beach towels.

Westward Ho! has everything you need for a great seaside holiday or a quiet weekend break with excellent shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk across the village green. You will be in a great place to explore wonderful places in North Devon like Clovelly, Hartland Quay, Appledore and Lynton & Lynmouth, and there is lots of opportunity to get active and have fun.

DISCLAIMER: Please note the kitchen hob is induction and should not be used by anyone with a PACEMAKER. The apartment is not suitable for anyone who cannot descend 4 flights of stairs in the event of a fire.

Everything was just perfect!
Love love loved staying at this lovely apartment! everything was perfect, had everything we could possibly need, comfy beds with beautiful cool linen bedding. We could see nothing but the sea from our bedroom whilst having our morning coffee, pure bliss. Spacious balcony with spectacular views, I spent ages out there just looking at the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. We were so lucky too and had beautiful warm sunny weather. I did not want to go home. Lovely helpful thoughtful Lauren kindly left us milk, chocolates and a bottle of bubbly! Stay here, you will never want to leave!!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Overlooking the sea with full length windows from both the lounge and master bedroom was amazing and highly addictive! Our host Lauren was super efficient and very friendly, offering help at any time if needed. A wonderful week , terrific weather in the best apartment we have stayed in, at Westward Ho! Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location
We have stayed in this apartment block on many occasions over the last 12 years and this apartment is one of the best we have been to. It was very well furnished, was spotless clean and had supplies of all necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. We have just spent a fortnight at Lauren's appartment. It is so comfortable, from the beds with linen bedding to quality kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery & cookware (far superior to other rentals we have stayed in). There are touches in this appartment that go beyond what we have found in others. Superb location and views. Excellent communication with Lauren and a simple check in/out process. Thanks Lauren!

Stunning Sea View Apartment
Weather aside we had a lovely time staying in Lauren’s beautiful apartment. Arrival process was excellent & the apartment was spotlessly clean & had everything you could possibly need. There’s lots to do in & around the area & plenty of nice eateries along with a co-op & Tesco for convenience. Lauren was very friendly & on hand if we had needed her. Just wish we could have stayed longer to get better weather & see the wonderful sunsets!

What a view!
Absolutely lovely place with the most amazing view out to sea. The beds were all extremely comfortable, the appliances all like new, every kitchen utensil you'd ever need have been supplied, even blankets provided for the evening on the balcony after the sun has gone down. The cleanliness of the place was also immaculate. I'd have no hesitation in returning here with my family in future.

Lauren is fantastic! I know that Lauren had to remove certain things from the apartment due to COVID-19, but even then it still had everything you could possibly need. Location was great too - will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
