"We loved staying at this resort! I’m a big review reader before I travel to make sure I’m booking the most appropriate spot for my family and this one did not disappoint. It’s a big property with beach access, two pools if you have kids and one extra just for adults. You’re super close to the famous Duval street for eating and shopping. If you’re driving to Key West be prepared for a 5-7hr drive from the Miami airport even though it says 3.5hrs, it was bumper to bumper most of the way, but worth...

"Room upgrade gives you ocean view but is also along busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise. The staff was very accommodating and changed us to a different quieter room. But the early morning roosters made sleeping in challenging. Alas life in Key West "

"We did not like that there was no elevator in the parking garage, however that is just a lesson learned, but we had a stroller that was not easy to take the stairs. We loved the breakfast in the tent, it was a nice touch and real eggs were a bonus. The bottled water in the room and lobby were a nice touch. "

"Check in was very slow and very odd. The person that checked us kept saying if we didn’t like our room we could switch… for a fee. There ended being nothing wrong with the room so it seemed to be just a way to get more money above an already expensive price…the balcony door wouldn’t close but they fixed it right away… there was an issue with our cabana but they took care of that too. Restaurant was good. Beach was nice with no rocks but it was too cold to swim. "

"It was 6 miles from key west which we liked. It sits in an inlet so you don’t see much ocean or beach. Property had a separate bath house. Bathroom wasn’t really usable & tv cord was missing so no tv (wasn’t there to watch tv) If you have problems with close spaces, it wouldn’t be for you "
