This is an excellent hotel for so many things. It is in the old part of the city which is lovely and you can drive to it and park nearby without having to enter the Low Emission Zone of Bilbao. But at the same time it's right across the bridge from the "new" city, and a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim and 30 minute walk to the ITSA Maritime Museum.

The location is phenomenal, was able to explore the whole Cusco viejo, Guggenheim, surrounding area on foot. The property is modern, quiet and very clean. Very safe surroundings. The room size was fine, very efficient layout.

Hotel was nice. Bed was comfortable. Service from the front desk excellent. One thing i didn't like was that there's no privacy when using the bathroom. The area is also great and walkable to different points of interest.

Location of hotel is excellent for all parts of town. Staff pleasent and friendly with comfortable bed. However - room I booked was a 'city view' room and this is not what you get. We got a room that looking into a narrow street and not a view of the city - this also prevented any natural light from coming into the room. Extremely disappointing and not as advertised and room booked. Raised with hotel and response was not good. Was told city view is only a request that is made and given on availability. Breakfast is pretty average and there are not enough tables for all the guests - there where mornings when we where having breakfast on low tables that are not really suitable for eating breakfast (other than a coffee and a pastry). Overall - location is fantastic and the rooms are pleasent with comfortable bed - but due to the experience of the 'city view' room and lack of comfortable space in the hotel (the roof top bar was closed for our stay due to work being done and only advertised as open after 1700) - i would look to stay elsewhere in the city if i was to return.

All staff helpful and friendly. Lovely room. Clean hotel. Very convenient for all main tourist attractions - 2 mins walk to Plaza Nueva & to nearest Metro station. 10 mins walk to Guggenheim Great rooftop bar.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. They forced me to pay in full, non-refundable in advance before even seeing the room. What kind of hotel does that? Exactly! Never again. Stay away!

I love the location of this hotel, the hotel was fine, breakfast is okay, something I totally hate is the bathroom, zero privacy! all glass, including shower and toilet area! and the door is just a glass door. The room for 4 people was minuscule and we did not even had room for our luggages since the sofa bed was open for my 2 kids. Except for the space and the awful bathroom everything else was fine. BUT the location is unbeatable!

The Lady who helped us at the check in ( forgot to ask her name, unfortunately) was amazing, super helpful and kind. Hotel facilities were amazing and location could not be better. I would highly recommend this hotel
