It is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, I would say it’s 4 stars. The hotel is at a convenient location. Close to pretty much everything. Bernie’s rest which is one of their restaurants, I would rate a 2. The food is not that great. We had a better breakfast at IHOP. The staff was friendly and very nice.

All in all it was fine. It was great getting Expedia coupons to use because the dining room was expensive for the quality of food. The rooms are small, so small that there’s not even a mini fridge. I had to toss some food I brought since I couldn’t keep it cold.

The customer service was impeccable! The General manager was so kind and accommodating. I had a recent knee surgery and he personally helped me with my bags and getting my car. It was such a good experience.

We stayed at the Northern Hotel in Billings for three nights and really enjoyed our stay! We got in late so really appreciated the late-night concierge service. The whole staff was great and friendly. Thank you Allison and Natasha for a great dining experience at TEN! The only item of difference is I wish the guest rooms had mini-fridges to keep beverages or leftovers cold.

From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we checked out, every single staff member was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't try their restaurant Ten, but the Diner was fantastic. Food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Next time we are in Billings, the Northern will be our top choice.
