3 mins drive to major store ASDA and filling station,5 mins drive to the city centre,accessible to public transport and on the London road. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice for couples or friends looking for a get away. The outdoors space is serene and there is a park just behind the building.The apartment is spacious with a nice ambiance for relaxing after a hard day . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Apartamento acogedor
El apartamento es cómodo, no hay ruidos, se duerme bien y está en una zona tranquila con el bosque al lado. En la zona de aparca con facilidad. Al estar alejado del centro no hay parquimetros. Nosotros con el coche nos hemos movido con facilidad para ir a Coventry, Leamington, Warwick. Repetiriamos si volvemos a la zona
