Pleasant reception, clean lobby, very outdated rooms. Very friendly bartenders but the kitchen was non functional for our stay. Good place to stay for a night pre or post flight out. Not a long term hotel.

Ok, get past the fact that it's a Holiday Inn and accept it for its unique charm and exceptionally nice staff. It's a great place to come for business, quick in and out, very close to the airport, etc.

I called for a shuttle and waited for like 45 min at the airport but it never showed which was disappointing.

Power was off upon arrival due to plumbers working on the hot water. I arrived around 3 pm didn’t get power until 6:30. Water still didn’t seem too hot. Staff were really nice and accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport is awesome. Just a rocky check in that affect my stay I was only there for a few hours before a flight.

There was no hot water, and only knew one hour before so there wasn't time to find another place to stay with shuttle to airport. And no discount for inconvenience. The room carpet was dirty debris all on floor, kids socks where black after walking on floor. The mini fridge was frozen up . The soaps where used already open in bathroom. The curtains to shade room would close as they should , maintenance on room isn't a priority for guest. The only positive thing was the shuttle service to airport. Aloha
