I was asked for a deposit after I had already stayed a night. Then they refused to check me back in. I paid my bill online. They could've taken a deposit then.

Location was perfect for passing through Birmingham on our way to Colorado. Great restaurants close and convenient. Enjoyed homemade grits for breakfast and Thai steak for dinner. Our room was very quiet and had a good night sleep.

The pics of the property are very misleading it looks nothing like it! It smells and is very outdated. They didn’t put trash bags in our trash cans gave us a roll of toilet paper that was almost gone! This was just a stopping point before we take our KIDS to Disney world. They had some kind of event and all you saw was grown adults drunk and most of the women were in fishnet dresses and barely anything to cover their body parts one lady had a fishnet dress and a thong with a hole cut out for her butt to hang out of. When we were finally in bed we were woke up to the people in the next room fighting and saying they were going to kill each other. Not clean not safe! Don’t waist your money it is not worth the price! But the staff is extremely nice and they took care of the problem with noise complaint as soon as I called.

Booked because my baby was having surgery at children’s. Because it was close and our air went out at home. It was hot at the hotel our rooms floor was dirty. There was a hair on the toilet and a drink spilled on the floor by the bed and it was on the sheet so they weren’t changed. They did have free pack and plays and staff were nice. A customer on the elevated said she was having to move for the third time because every room had bed bugs.

The room is spacious and comfort. I love steak house in hotel. Shrimp scampi is so good. The Thai steak is delicious with the special sauce that I do not know what is in. I will comeback again and discover all food in this restaurant.

This is a terrible place. The pictures in Expedia are deceiving. The hotel is located in an unsafe area close to the airport. The elevator got stuck in between 1st and 2nd floor for a few minutes and then it just didn’t really work. The bathroom door was missing, there were only hinges hanging from the wall. There were bugs in the room, the pillow cases were dirty and stained. The hallways stunk like marijuana and cigarette smoke. There were several cars in the parking lot that had boot installed. I do not recommend this place at all. We couldn’t stay and left immediately.
